What is naturopathy?
Naturopathy is a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to health care that focuses on the body's inherent ability to heal and maintain balance. Treatment plans are tailored to the individual and may include clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle adjustments, and physical therapies.

In your initial consultation, I will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your health, including your medical history, lifestyle, stress levels, energy, and any specific concerns you may have. This in-depth evaluation allows me to create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.
Based on your individual health profile, I may recommend targeted dietary and lifestyle adjustments, as well as therapies such as herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, and custom compounds. Functional testing may be suggested if needed to refine our approach further.

For new clients.The initial consultation is an in-depth session designed to gain a thorough understanding of your overall health and uncover the root causes of your concerns. Together, we will explore your presenting complaints, personal and family medical history, diet, lifestyle, and any other factors influencing your well-being.
By the end of the session, we will discuss tailored treatment options and collaboratively determine the best course of action. If additional testing is required, recommendations will be provided. You will receive a detailed treatment plan via email within 24–48 hours, outlining your health goals, dietary and lifestyle strategies, and any relevant testing or supplementation recommendations.

The aim of ongoing consultations is to assess your progress, evaluate symptoms and results, and ensure your treatment stays relevant and effective.
Ongoing consultations are available for existing clients and may be recommended every 4-6 weeks.
Following your appointment, you will receive a personalised treatment plan via email within 24 hours, providing clear steps to support your ongoing progress.

Acute consultations are available online for both new and existing clients. These sessions are ideal for addressing acute conditions like colds, flu, minor injuries, urinary tract infections, or for prescription refills.
They’re also helpful if you need supplements for an upcoming trip (think Bali belly prevention!).
Please note that a written treatment plan will not be provided after this consultation. For more in-depth support, an initial or follow up consultation is recommended.
